This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like wi-fi, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. I remember my first night when the staff helped me with a bottle of water. Highly recommend for your stay! I'll be back for Christmas.

The venue was charming small and absolutely charming, I loved the location not far from restaurants, bars, and activities throughout the city, and in particular, around the quiet Santa Croce neighborhood where Ca' Bonvicini is located, and Rialto bridge and other areas, and canal views. The vibe here was elegant!

Alberto and Sabina both very Helpful and informative. Excellent, room over small canal. Gorgeous! Three flights of stairs and two heavy suitcases ( our fault) made the one complaint.

Very nice room (except the view). Quiet, and large by Venice standards. Good location, close to a vaporetto stop. Staff very friendly and helpful, suggestion of restaurants excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, calm, clean and free Wifi.
Slightly unflexible in terms of hours to be in / out of the hotel, but this is not a big problem. The breakfast had almost no choice.

The shower felt a bit cramped for someone taller, which could be an issue. Navigating to the hotel from public transport requires a trek with luggage. Be prepared for some walking and stairs. Breakfast needs to be ordered a day in advance, which can be a bit confusing if you expect a standard buffet setup.

Fantastic location just a 10 minute walk to st Marcs. Room was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Clean, comftable and epitomised venice. Very helpful and friendly staff.
No kettle in the room.

Great little B&B in the San Polo area of Venice, fairly central - didn't take more then 20 minutes to walk to any major attraction/sight and lots of eateries within a 5-10 minute walk in any direction (the B&B suggested a few restaurants that were well priced with great food!). Basic breakfast but filling, and the service was good, very friendly too.

The room featured a charming balcony overlooking the canal. Cleanliness was great daily, and staff were consistently friendly and offered helpful local tips. While breakfast options included some good pastries and drinks, they varied each morning, and the noise from passing boats could disrupt tranquility at times.

Cozy spot with great service
Such a charming place! The staff was super friendly, even helped us when we got lost. Our room was nice and tidy, and I loved lounging with my morning coffee. Breakfast was lovely-perfect timing with fresh croissants. Only thing was, the streets around were a bit confusing to figure out at first.

A couple of quirks popped up-first, the lack of air conditioning for a night. It would've been nice to have a canal-view room instead of facing a wall, and I found the fridge to be pretty much useless, only managing to reach room temperature at best. Check the breakfast options, as I was told it wasn't included when it should've been, which left me a bit baffled.
